The boots are very well made and were a great price in the sale, but they are lined with fluffy faux fur material and the size 9 was more like an 8.5 on the inside, making them too small for me. I suggest ordering half a size up if you plan to wear them with socks.

I am a Seibel size 44 so I hoped that the Remonte labelling would match up with that, and I'm glad to find that it does. 44 is a proper 9.5 or small 10 in these boots.

They are tight when they first arrive, but they're lambskin and lined with sheepskin, so they stretch well over the first few wears. They are comfortable, warm and have a fab grip on the bottom for winter.
